   Roll your works upon the Lord [commit and trust them wholly to Him; He will cause your thoughts to become agreeable to His will, and] so shall your plans be established and succeed<\/em>. (Proverbs 16:3 AMP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

   Is God really interested in leading and guiding our lives? Absolutely yes, God is so loving and caring and He needs us to involved in every detailed part of our lives. Look at the way God spoke through His servant David.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

   I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye<\/em>. (Psalms 32:8). What a great assurance from God the creator of the universe. Here God is promising to instruct and teach David and guide him with His hand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  Now the part that remains is for us to corporate with God and allow Him to fully instruct, teach and guide us. Allowing Him to be involved in every tiny details of our lives. As God is concerned with us to the extent of knowing the number of our hairs. (Mathew 10:30)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

   Most of the time man may tend to involve God only in matters that may seem to be big to him and the ones that look small in his eyes he tries to handle them on his own. But what does the bible tell us?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

   Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths<\/em>. (Proverbs 3:5-6). All our ways should be acknowledged to the Lord and not part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

   Trusting God is having a complete trust in Him. Having a heart that is not divided between trusting God and any other form of Help. Just as the psalmist wrote;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

   I will lift up my eyes to the hills\u2014From whence comes my help? My help comes from the Lord, Who made heaven and earth.<\/em> (Psalms 121:1-2).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

   God does not want us to be double minded. For if we are double minded we cannot receive anything from God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

   But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.<\/em> (James 1:6-8).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

   If we desire God to lead us, we should never lean on our own understanding. Leaning on your own understanding is when we tend to believe that we can work your way out in life. God needs us to walk with Him and in His wisdom and not to depend on our wisdom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

   For it is written:\u201d I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, And bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.\u201d<\/em> (1 Corinthians 1:19).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

   Walking in the wisdom of God is depending on the instructions of His word. It is allowing the guidance of the Holy Spirit in our lives. Thus, walking not according to the flesh but by the Spirit of God.  For when we do this we will be accepting the guidance of God through His eyes and not ours (Psalms 32:8). And this is what God requires of us.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
